"Stractol" Peptizer (Chemical Shackle Dispersant)

It makes mixing and subsequent processes easier by lowering the waist of natural rubber.

The peptideizer has the effect of promoting the reduction of polymer molecular weight (that is, the decrease in viscosity) particularly to enhance the efficiency of natural rubber mastication. This results in a softer rubber, making mixing and post-processing easier. The characteristics of Structol products treated with dispersants are that the incorporation into the rubber is faster than conventional products, the dispersion state is significantly better, troublesome hot spots are eliminated, and batch-to-batch variability can be resolved.

Processing additive for PVC BYK-P 4100

Processing aid BYK-P 4100 suitable for PVC plastisol, calendaring, and filled thermoplastic compounds.

BYK-P 4100 For thermoplastic resins: BYK-P 4100 is a surfactant process additive suitable for filled thermoplastic compounds. During the manufacturing of the compound, this additive reduces the required torque. It improves injection capability and melt volume rate (MVR). The tensile strength, E-modulus, and notched impact strength of the final product are enhanced. Printability is also improved. For PVC plastisol: It exhibits good release properties from gelation drums, release papers, flat screens, and molds. Additionally, it affects the cell structure of chemically foamed bubbles, enhancing elasticity and breathability. There are specific PVCs suitable for continuous bubbles. A continuous bubble structure can only be formed when the formulation components and process parameters are compatible with each other. The use of BYK-P 4100 improves water absorption. For PVC calendaring: It shows very good release properties during the processing of soft, semi-rigid, and rigid PVC. The printability of the final product is also improved.

Rubber processing aid "Pepuro No.3"

Internal release agent with anti-stick and roll adhesion prevention effects! Prevents mold contamination during peroxide crosslinking!

"Pepuro No.3" is a processing aid for rubber that promotes the dispersion of rubber additives and prevents adhesion during rolling operations. The micro-molecules of this product migrate to the surface of the rubber and do not remain inside the rubber, thus having no impact on physical properties. When demolding vulcanized rubber from molds, it prevents flash from adhering to the product and prevents mold contamination and corrosion during peroxide vulcanization. Additionally, we also offer "Pepuro No.7," which prevents scorching that occurs during rolling operations or while storing rubber materials. 【Features】 ■ Prevents adhesion during rolling operations ■ Promotes the dispersion of rubber additives ■ Significantly improves release properties as an internal release agent ■ Prevents mold contamination during peroxide crosslinking ■ Promotes mold flow of the compounded material *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
